So, I’d just like to say that I had a great, great time doing this blog ! I think it was a very good choice of project, because it allows us not only to improve our skills in writing, but also to do it in a fun way ! I really, really liked it, I hope you continue doing it with the other Inter Teen classes !

Doing this blog project was very fun, interesting and different. I used to see my older siblings dying because of the projects and oral presentations, wich were difficult to prepare, but the blog was something easy and very fun to do. I wrote about issues that I like =D Our blog was mostly humorous (it’s full of jokes and strips). Yey, continue with the blog project, it’s great!!! And let interteens do the pumpkin!!! I WANT THE PUMPKIN BACK!! To finish, I’ll post one last strip. Of course, by SilentReaper. I’m using Alumni’s computer, so I don’t know if I can save things here, so, go to her page o_o http://silentreaper.deviantart.com/art/AtM-Ice-69133006 Have fun!!!

Freeeeee Post !

November 2, 2007 - One Response

Hi you guuys [teacher, sorry it took me so long to do this one, my computer was broken !]

So, since this one post is free choice, i decided to talk about one of my great passions: music.

I think music is a very subjective thing. There are a lot of people who only like one kind of music, and can’t stand anything different. I’m the complete opposite – For me, music is all about the moment. It reflects what you’re thinking, for example, if you’re feeling kinda down, or depressed, you’ll only listen to those pop songs [which, in fact, only make you feel even worse, but anyway]. Right now, for example, I’m listening to the song “Brake the Chain” by Gene Loves Jezebel, and… Well, I’m not really sure how I’m feeling right now, I guess kind of confused, ’cause this music is a little confusing ;]

Anyway, I’m gonna stop rambling here, so…

See ya next week !

Lolita

October 29, 2007 - One Response

Yaaay free post 8D So I’m gonna write about lolitas. No, not about the movie, about the style called lolita. I mentioned it in my thursday thirteen list, strange and bizarre things from Japan. So, this is a style more common in Japan, but there are some brazilian who dress like this too. Lolitas dress like dolls, with big dresses, cute headresses, full of details!

There are many types of lolita. Many many many. I’ll try to list all of them.

Sweet lolita, gothic lolita, punk lolita, boy lolita, kuro lolita (all in black), shiro lolita (all in white), country lolita, erothic lolita, sailor lolita, guro lolita (zombies or hurt dolls), aristocrat lolita, elegant lolita, classic lolita, hime lolita (princess), wa lolita (kimono), cosplay lolita (maids)… There are a lot  >___<

I like the style, but I would NEVER walk around wearing those clothes XD But they’re cute anyway =P And, of course, pictures, so you can understand the style better.

Sweet LolitaCosplay LolitaGothic LolitaBoy LolitaWa LolitaKuro LolitaCountry LolitaPunk LolitaHime LolitaGuro Lolita

And you must be thinking “where do they get those clothes from?!”. Well, big part of the lolitas sew themselves, but there are a lot of lolita clothing shops, like Baby the Star Shine Bright, Putumayo, Mary Magdalene, Metamorphose, Angelic Pretty… Of course, all of them in Japan.

So, if anyone’s already seen it, please tell me if it’s really worth renting it, ’cause so far, i’ve only heard good reviews !

October 14, 2007 - One Response

Hey guys ! I decided to make this topic after visiting http://badtrip.wordpress.com/ and seeing that Pedro wrote on his “Thursday Thirteen” list that he would like to make a trip to London during vacations. Can I just say that I am just absolutely passioned about this city ? I think it’s the most interesting, amazing, incredible place in the whole world ! I mean, there are just so many great things that come from there… Harry Potter, David Beckham, and the actors – I just loooooooove the actors ;D I plan on going there next year for a couple months, as an exchange student… Let’s see how that works out !

see ya guys !

Diabolos

October 9, 2007 - One Response

For those who don’t know, diabolos is an circus’s instrument, like trapeze. It’s really fun to watch and easy to start learning! In my circus’s class I tried to learn it, it’s cool *.* I just don’t get specialized on it because I love trapeze way too much =P Well, I don’t know how to explain Diabolos, so, here’s a video XD Cirque du Soleil – Quidam. I admire the girls in the video! So young and so good at something! It must be tough to work in Cirque du Soleil, but I would do it! \o/ Entertain people, practice everyday, get better and better at your specialization… Oh yeah, the video. Here it is!

Hairspray

Hairspray is a movie which happens in the 60’s. It’s really fun ^-^ It’s about a girl, Tracy, whose dream is to dance in the Corny Collins Show and about integration on tv. The songs are great, you feel like dancing all the time XD I watched twice, and I HAVE TO buy the DVD *-* Watch it if you can, it’s very nice!! The best part is John Travolta doing the fat lady (Tracy’s mother) XDD The movie has many famous actors, like Amanda Bynes, Zac Effron, John Travolta, Queen Latifah, Michelle Pfeiffer and Christopher Walken. Here’s a scene! Have fun \o
